Meet Aaron Harlan, they call him “Mr. Reverse”. He is Sales Manager, Trainer & Reverse Mortgage Expert, for American Pacific Reverse Mortgage Group, a division he helped to create over 3 yrs ago.  They are the Reverse Mortgage division of American Pacific Mortgage in Roseville, California, a net branching company with over 170 net mortgage branches in 9 states.

With 10 years in the Reverse Mortgage business, he has certainly seen many changes in the industry and has worked with many national companies. He has found a true home at American Pacific Reverse Mortgage Group, which has achieved one of the highest reputations in the industry for keeping up with changing legislation, ethics and following all guidelines to protect their clients. Aaron, a spiritual man, is known for going above and beyond to help his clients have a secure future.

Aaron is not new to the retirement market with over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry and personally holds several licenses.  Both Aaron and his wife, Patricia, share the passion to help seniors to live long, healthy and financially secure lives and are both accomplished Certified Senior Advisors.  A Certified Senior Advisor is a professional designation, which requires training and comprehensive education in the health, financial, and social issues facing seniors today. Aaron leads our Reverse Mortgage team with the knowledge and expertise to give our clients, branches and industry partners the full support they need. Aaron’s previous experience with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in their Reverse Mortgage division was not only to help as many seniors as possible with securing a reverse mortgage but also to focus on developing reverse mortgage broker agreements.

Aaron is a member of NRMLA (National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association). He has participated on a panel of national experts of NRMLA to help create a professional designation for the Reverse Mortgage industry. As a renowned speaker, he has been selected to speak at the national convention on topics such as Ethics in the Industry, and Involving Family Members & Other Advisors in the Reverse Mortgage Process. Aaron is a top producer and trainer of Reverse Mortgages and has trained teams & industry professionals nationally consisting of hundreds of loan officers, realtors, advisors & other professionals using his expertise and experience guided by his ethics and integrity.

As a member of the PCAR (Placer County Association of Realtors), he has been appointed as the C.A.R.E. (Catastrophic Aid for Real Estate, www.caregives.org) Committee Chairman and has been named Vice President of the C.A.R.E. Board of Directors.  C.A.R.E. grants money to real estate professionals or their immediate family members that have experienced a catastrophic happening in their lives.
